We know that life happens and sometimes plans change. Your peace of mind matters to us! Please read our updated Refund & Cancellation Policy below for everything you need to know about cancellations, refunds, and transferring your booking. If you have any questions, we're here to help.

How to Cancel or Transfer Your Booking

All requests must be made in writing by email. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or transfer your booking.
Use the subject line: Retreat Cancellation Request or Retreat Transfer Request.
Include your full name, booking details, and reason for cancellation or the full details of the person taking your place if transferring.
We will confirm your request and guide you through the next steps.

Booking & Payment

Your place at the retreat is secured only after full payment or the agreed deposit has been received. By completing your booking, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Law)

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, participants who book online or at a distance have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days of booking without providing a reason, provided that the retreat has not started and the booking was made more than 14 days before the retreat start date.
If the booking is made within 14 days of the retreat start date, the right of withdrawal does not apply.

Refunds for Cancellations

Cancellation by the Participant

  • Non-Attendance or Early Departure
No refunds will be issued for: 
Failure to attend the retreat
Late arrival
Early departure
Missed sessions or activities

  • Transfer Your Booking to Another Person
You may transfer your booking to another eligible person up to 14 days before the retreat start date, at no extra charge.
The replacement participant must meet all eligibility requirements for the retreat and be approved by the organizer.
To request a transfer, please email us with the replacement participant’s full details (name, email, and relevant information).
Transfers are not permitted less than 14 days before the retreat start date.

Force Majeure

If the retreat must be canceled or rescheduled due to events beyond our control (such as natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other force majeure events), all participants will be offered the option to transfer their booking to a new retreat date.
The organizer is not responsible for other costs (such as flights or travel arrangements) not booked through us.

Cancellation or Changes by the Organizer

In the unlikely event that the retreat must be canceled by the organizer (including for personal health reasons), every effort will be made to reschedule the retreat or offer participants the option to transfer their booking to a future date.

If rescheduling is not possible, the organizer will refund any remaining funds that have not already been committed to non-refundable retreat expenses (such as venue deposits, bookings, or other costs incurred prior to cancellation). Please note that a full refund of all amounts paid may not be possible in such cases.

The organizer is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by participants (such as flights or personal expenses).

The organizer also reserves the right to make minor changes to the program, schedule, or facilitators if necessary, without affecting the overall quality or value of the retreat.

Travel & Cancellation Insurance

We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel and cancellation insurance to protect your retreat investment against unforeseen circumstances, including illness, travel disruptions, or emergencies.
